Lesson 42: Agent Performance stacked bar chart

In this lesson we set up the agent performance data table from the data we collected in the Google Form. We use SUMIF() and judicious $ signs (to make references absolute) to create the table quickly. Once the table is ready, we use that data to create the agent performance chart.

Learning Objectives in this lesson:

  • Use SUMIF() to aggregate the agent performance data
  • Create agent performance summary table and chart

=SUMIF('Agent Responses'!$B:$B,$A20,'Agent Responses'!C:C)
